How to Apply for the UDT License Training

Getting your UDT license is a crucial step toward advancing your qualifications and career in operating machinery. Below you’ll find all the information you need about the UDT license registration process, pricing, duration, inclusions, and payment conditions.

Step by Step UDT License Registration Process

  1. Choose Your Training Type
Select the type of training you need based on your specialization (e.g., forklift, crane, or aerial work platform).
  2. Complete the Registration via E-mail / WhatsApp / TXT Message
Provide us with your full name, home address in Poland, e-mail, and phone number. As places are limited, early registration is highly recommended.
  3. Secure Your Spot with a 25% Deposit
After registering, you’ll receive an invoice for 25% of the total training cost — this serves as your reservation fee.
  4. Pay the Remaining Balance on the First Day
The remaining 75% of the fee should be paid on the first day of training (cash or bank transfer).
  5. Attend Training and Prepare for the Exam
Participate in professional, certified training sessions conducted by experienced instructors. The training timeframe is adjusted to primarily prepare the student well for the UDT exam.
  6. Take the UDT Exam
The UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) exam typically takes place 2–4 weeks after the training. We handle the full exam registration process on your behalf, and exams are organized at our locations. Exams are held on weekdays and usually last about 4 hours.
